Resource Centers - Exploration, curiosity and surprise

About:

In September 2012 the Department of State Bureau of International Information Programs (IIP) and the Smithsonian Institution initiated the “Model American Spaces” project to assist American Spaces in engaging their audiences in sustained, meaningful interactions and activities and to build mutual understanding between Americans and international audiences. Working with experts from the Smithsonian, IIP is eager to provide resources as well as a guide for all American Spaces interested in refreshing their facilities with a new look, new ideas and new content for their visitors. On this platform you will find partners with whom you can work collaboratively to repurpose the content provided by Smithsonian. You will also find on this wiki programs already tested and adapted for Bi-national Centers.
